Those little piggie I made yesterday turned out so cute and so yummy that I had one for breakfast.

Last week we had free makeovers.

 I never thought my hubby ( Papa, as he is know to the grands) would go for this,

 but he was a great sport.

 I have been trying to convince him to shave it off for years.

I think I could ask till I'm blue in the face.

 I think he's rockin' the Papa Smurf look.

Grass roots.

I havn't touched the camera for weeks. I just didnt feel inspiration. I guess I should have made myself crawl around in the grass for awhile. This tiny little flower is one of a billion in a meadow of clover. I spent a couple of hours laying in the meadow composing shots and examining nature. And when I got up as always I was surprised to see that the light had changed and the evening was almost over. And I felt renewed and happy.

Nothing says summer evening,

It seems like so long ago that I posted on this blog. As you can see I've had very good reason to be distracted... Let me introduce... Princess Shaylin.. she is the newest addition to our family. A sweet smelling bundle of warm innocence. Its hard to hold her and not want to keep her cradled in your arms forever. Welcome baby girl you are so loved.
